Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Returns can be requested within 1 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With tags and packaging intact

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

  • Items returned without prior request

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

To initiate a return, contact us with your order details and proof (photos/video).


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 7 – 15 business days (bank/payment provider dependent)

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or defective product issues.

  • Request must be raised within 1 days of delivery.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after delivery.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5 – 15 business days.


Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 1 days of delivery

  • Provide photos/video proof

  • We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly
