🕐 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, for any of the following reasons:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • You’re not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and invoice included.

  • Returns for used, worn, or damaged products not caused by us may not be accepted.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at help@printeraa.com or +91 7778067120.

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and (if applicable) a photo or video of the product.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.

  4. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you can self-ship the product, and we’ll reimburse standard courier charges.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
You’ll receive an email or SMS notification once the refund is processed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

  • Used or worn accessories (e.g., jewelry, bracelets)

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
