🕐 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, for any of the following reasons:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

You’re not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and invoice included.

Returns for used, worn, or damaged products not caused by us may not be accepted.

Provide your order ID, reason for return, and (if applicable) a photo or video of the product.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.

If pickup is unavailable in your area, you can self-ship the product, and we’ll reimburse standard courier charges.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
You’ll receive an email or SMS notification once the refund is processed.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
