All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Although we strive for accuracy, pricing or stock errors may occasionally occur.
In such cases, Printeraa reserves the right to correct the error and cancel or modify the affected order with full refund to the customer.

We currently accept prepaid payments via secure payment gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and UPI-based options.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.
All online payments are processed in compliance with PCI DSS and RBI regulations.

🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–10 business days across India.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders and ship using trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, XpressBees, India Post, and Professional Couriers.

🔁 5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective and reported within 1 day of delivery.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is verified.
